    RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE MANUEL N. MAMBA, GOVERNOR
    OF PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN TO GIVE AID TO BARANGAY CAPATAN,
    TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WAITING SHED
    AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWER STREET LIGHT OF BARANGAY CAPATAN,
    TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN.

    WHEREAS, the People Empowerment Council of Capatan, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan on the
    special session held last May 15, 2021 agreed to submit a resolution requesting the Honorable ***,
    Governor of Province of, Cagayan, for the construction of the waiting shed and installation of Solar
    Power Streetlight of barangay Capatan considering the fact that Barangay Capatan has only a
    meager amount of Internal Revenue Allotment (I. R. A.) for the year 2021 to finance the said
    project.

    WHEREAS, Barangay Capatan, firmly believed that the presence of waiting shed is essential
    during both rainy season and summer time and also the installation of Solar Power Street light
    minimize crimes and incidents that occurs during night time.

    WHEREAS, much desires of the People Empowerment Council to undertaken this urgent need to
    construct this waiting shed and the installation of Solar power Street light for the welfare and
    convenience of our residents.

    NOW THEREFORE: on unanimous accord of the body in session, be it:

    RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to construct this waiting shed and the installation of Solar power
    Street light for barangay used.
    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 15th day of May, 2021.
