     
     Cable detection equipment required for the job.   Railing barricade & signage to be provided for

      P.E designs available for excavation>4meter.
     Trial holes done before excavation. 
      Attach sketch of excavated area to permit.
     Workers have proper P.P.E /tools for the job.  
      Certified excavator operator performing the job.
     Workers briefed on the RA/SWM. 
      Banksman/watchman to be provided for excavator.
     Proper access/egress to be provided for excavation area. 
