Sir/Madam:

I, Student Internship Program (SIP) Coordinator of the School of Arts and Sciences, am
endorsing to you, Dave Mariano Batara, a 4th year Legal Management Student, who is
required to undergo On-The-Job Training this Second Semester SY 2021-2022, as one of the
requirements of the BS Legal Management curriculum.

With this, may I emphasize that if the student trainee is accepted in your agency, he/she
should not be considered as a regular worker, hence, she is not entitled to any salary,
allowance or any remuneration whatsoever during the period of this training. However, since
they will be under your management for the duration of the training, the student trainee is
bound to follow whatever policies and regulations which your company or office has
instructed them to abide with. The trainee has to complete a total of three hundred twenty
(320) hours of training in your industry/business firm as required by their curriculum and
under the existing ISU – Cauayan Campus Alternative/Flexible Internship Program in the
New Normal. (please see attached)

The Student Internship Program (SIP) Coordinator conducts company visitations whenever
necessary, to check the progress and performance of the student trainee through constant
monitoring. Should you have concerns about the trainees, I may be contacted thru this
number: 09175550540.

Lastly, the Isabela State University- Cauayan Campus, particularly the School of Arts and
Sciences, would like to express its appreciation and gratitude for the help that you will be
extending to us in the training of our students. This training will surely enable them to put
into practice the skills and knowledge they have learned in the classroom.

We are truly grateful for your continued support to this academic endeavor.

Very truly yours,

JOAN A. QUILANG
SIP Coordinator
