1. Dry Fillings- it is referring to Ingredients such as

C. APPLICATION
I hope that you have learned from our discussion.
Now let us watch our video presentation on how to
prepare egg sandwich. I will show what are the
tools and ingredients we will use. Also, I will teach
the steps and share some tips on preparing egg
sandwiches. Listen and watch carefully.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Mayonnaise
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Mince Carrot
Slice Tomato
Bread
Lettuce
Procedure:
1.Heat the pot on high heat and bring the water to a
full rolling boil
2.Once the water comes to a boil, put the eggs
using ladle.
3.Set a timer for the type of boiled egg you want,
from 7 minutes to 10 minutes.
4.Toast the bread in a 150° for 5 minutes. (If
making the sandwich with toast)
5.Fill a large bowl with ice and water. When the
eggs reach the desired cooking time, use ladle to
remove the eggs from the hot water and immerse
gently into the prepared ice water.
6.Gently tap the eggs against a hard surface and
peel away the shell. Then put in a bowl. “Yes, ma’am/sir”
7.Mash up the egg with a fork.
8.Mix together the egg, mayonnaise, celery and
green onion. 9.Sprinkle with salt and pepper to
taste. Mix with a spoon.
10.Put a layer of lettuce on one slice of bread,
spread the egg mixture on top of the lettuce, after
that put the slice tomato. Then put another lettuce,
and lastly put another slice of bread on top
