    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, IRENE BERNAS, of legal age, a resident of No. 123


    Quezon City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint brother,
    RUFINO ALBERT PATIS, of legal age and a resident of No. 123
    Quezon City to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and
    in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts
    and deeds, to wit:

    1. To apply for refund due to a cancelled flight because


    of the COVID-19 pandemic, of the airline ticket I
    bought from the Philippine Airlines in accordance to
    its terms and conditions;

    2. To request, make, sign, execute and deliver all the


    necessary documents in relation to my application
    for a ticket refund;

    3. To duly receive in my behalf the amount/price of


    the refund due to flight cancellation, and all legal
    notices and documents regarding my application for
    refund;

    4. To do and perform any and all acts necessary for


    the faithful execution of the foregoing acts and
    deeds.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-


    FACT full power and authority to do and perform any and every act
    and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in
    and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
    might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of
    substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming
    that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
    under and by virtue of these presents.
