General Notes

A For service temperature above 454 degree centigrade Type 321 and 347 SS can sensitize. Thermal stabilization shall be carried out for four hours at 899 degree centigrade or as defined by Licensor.

B For any additional/new piping classes, LSTK contractor shall suitably update this table and use upon prior approval from OWNER/PMC.

Random 10% or 20% radiography shall mean examining not less than one from each 10 welds or less in case "Random 10% radiography"; one from each five welds or less in case of "Random 10% radiography" made by the same welding procedure. First two welds made by each welder shallbe radiographed
Note 1
in case of "Random radiography". Welds selected for examination shall not include flange welds and shall be radiographed for their entire length

Note 2 100% of those welds which are locally heat treated shall be hardness tested. Hardness test shall be performed after final heat treatment

Note 3 MPT for CS and AS welds and DPT for SS welds

Note 4 When PWHT is mentioned "Yes" same shall be performed irrespective of thickness

Note 5 All the production weld joints of NACE and NACE+HIC shall be additionally Ultrasonic tested as per Clause 6.4 of PP-814
