security and reliability, and perform layout and content updates at your
request (optional, charged separately).

FAQ
Where is the store hosted?
It will be hosted on shopify servers and you'll need to subscribe to one of their
plans starting at $29/Mo.
Who do I call if something goes wrong with the website or I can’t figure
something out?
Provided you subscribe to one of our ongoing website care plans, we will be
your first point of call should something go wrong with your website. We will
determine whether it is something the hosting company needs to fix
something that is covered by your website care plan. I will also provide
training and video tutorials to assist you in using your website once it is
launched.
What happens after the website is launched?

Once your website is launched, I will provide 30 days of support to make sure
any bugs have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new
website. After this you will need to subscribe to one of my ongoing website
care plans to make sure your website is looked after and maintained. These
website care plans include updating your software, regular backups, security
checks and making sure your website is online and open for business
24/7/365. More information on website care plans is available upon request.
Mutual Agreement
Him Singh will build a website for Mr. Khan according to the description
laid out in this proposal. Any additional features, pages, or other changes
to project requirements may affect the timeline and costs laid out in the
tables above and will require a separate change order document.
Invoices will be generated according to the timeline listed in the

Investment table above, and are due within 3 days or on receipt by Mr.
Khan. Payment may be made by wire transfer or credit card. Credit card
payments are subject to an additional 3% convenience fee charged by
the payment provider. Payments made past an invoice's due date are
subject to a $50 late fee. Payments made in INR doesn't count any
transfer fees. INR payments can be made via bank transfer or any other
suitable means.
All works produced as a result of the above-described web design project

will become the sole intellectual property of Sowmya.
Him Singh reserves the right to use visual representations of the final
product as part of our project portfolio.
2 revisions are free and after that, each revision will be charged $200.
Additional pages that were not in the initial design will be charged at $99
each.
