    Series of 2022

    “A Resolution serves as a confirmation for the appointment of Enzo Pacual as the new SK Secretary
    and Jeffrey Palacpac as SK Treasurer of Barangay Camposanto Uno Norte Moncada Tarlac.”

    WHEREAS, As the vacancy in the positions of Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and treasurer need to
    fill in the remaining body of Sangguniang Kabataan of Camposanto Uno Norte conduct a meeting to
    appoint someone who is deserving.

    WHEREAS, In this case, the body together votes for the right individuals in the said positions.

    WHEREAS, Majority of member of the house attested and agreed that Enzo Pascual as newly
    appointed SK Secretary while Jeffrey Palacpac as the re-appointed SK Treasurer.

    WHEREAS, The decision is evidently supported by the Republic Act 7160 which reviewed and stated
    that they are highly competent in the said positions.

    WHEREAS, Given that they are known for having a clean character and portray exemplary manner.

    THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Dianne B.Gabriel and duly seconded by the rest of the present
    officials.

    RESOLVED,as it hereby resolves that this honorable body concurs and hereby confirms the
    appointment of Jeffrey Palacpac and Enzo Pascual

    RESOLVED FURTHER, To authorize, the Sangguniang Barangay Chairperson to sign for, and on
    behalf of the barangay, concerning the said grant, and to distribute copies of this resolution to the
    following offices: Sangguniang Barangay, Sangguniang Bayan, Municipal Legal Office, the Provincial
    Government of Tarlac, Sangguniang Barangay of Camposanto 1 Norte , and also Sangguniang
    Kabataan Federation, as a source of information.

    Unanimously adopted: September 6,2022.
