    You are hereby commanded to arrest JOHN CARLO DELA CRUZ who is said to be found at 48
    Friendswood Street, Laguna Bel-Air 2, Barangay Don Jose, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna or elsewhere and
    who stands charged before me with the offense of and bring him/her forthwith before me to be ESTAFA
    dealth with according to law.

    “The bail for the release of the accused in this case is fixed at P “SEE ABOVwhich maybe furnished by the
    said accused either by depositing the amount thereof with the Court or with the nearest collector of
    internal revenue, or provincial, city or municipal treasurer in accordance with Section 14 (cash bail) or by
    furnishing bond approved by the Judge of MCTC/MTC/MeTC/RTC in accordance with Section 10
    (corporate surety) and Section 11 (property bond) of Rule 114 of the Revised Rules on Criminal
    Procedure. The peace officers making this arrest are hereby authorized to discharge from custody the
    accused after furnishing bail in the manner herein above indicated which must be stated in the return
    hereof.”
