RATIONALE:

DepEd has maintained its stance that pandemics must not stop education from
taking place. Kibugahan Elementary School will serve students in grades kindergarten
through Grade 6 for the 2022–2023 academic year. The school has been 7 great and
excellent teachers and led by a gem and industrious school head.

The primary goal of the K–12 Education Program, mandated by the COVID–19,
is to holistically develop each student to compete and study successfully while adhering
to the qualities of 21st Century Learners.

The school created the Basic Education-Learning Recovery Continuity Plan in

response to the teaching staff's dedication to providing effective continuous learning,
ensuring the general safety of our students, teachers, and stakeholders during the
pandemic, and advancing their professional advocacy under the Covid-19 safety
measures and guidelines.

The division strategic directions serve as an anchor for the BE-LCRP of

Kibugahan Elementary School. It has been contextualized in light of the school's urgent
requirements, worries, and problems. It is a program that puts into practice the actions,
processes, techniques, and abilities necessary to fulfill the situation at hand and achieve
the objectives of the Department of Education.

Objectives:

For the start of classes on August 22, 2022, this learning continuity plan seeks to execute
the Basic Education-Learning Recovery Continuity Plan (BE-LRCP), with the following
goals:.

1. Create a road plan with stakeholder stakeholders, physical resources, learning

resources, human resources, and stakeholders for the preparedness of the in-
person learning modality in the ongoing learning process.

2. During COVID-19, make sure that learning delivery strategies are implemented
effectively.

3. Safeguarding of students/pupils, teachers’ health, and safety throughout the

implementation of the 5 days in-person lessons.

4. maximize the PAPs' use as a new learning tool to help SIS learners develop
their learning abilities;

5. To build relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders (stakeholders

in education) while fostering the Bayanihan spirit among COVID participants and
guaranteeing the health and safety of students and instructors
