    MODULE I: BUSINESS REGISTRATION

    Overview: Before any business can start its operation, it has to make sure that it is duly
    registered and has all the necessary permits from the government. Business registration
    requirements and procedures vary depending on the form of business. Thus, it is important to
    know and understand requirements and the step by step procedure to register one.

    Expected Learning Outcomes: At the end of this module, the student will demonstrate skills
    relevant to business registration such as:

    1. Fill out various application forms.


    2. Secure documentary requirements.
    3. Step by step procedure to register a business.

    Expected Output:

    1. Prepare filled out application forms.


    2. Prepare a list of all the documents required and how to secure them.
    3. Prepare a step by step procedure to register a business.

    Preparation Time: Two (2) Weeks

    Credit Hours: 30 Hours

    As part of CLASSIQUE Furniture Co.’s long term plan to open various branches within
    Pampanga, this year it will open a branch in Angeles City. It plans to rent a space in a busy area
    along Mac Arthur Hi-way in Barangay Salapungan. The owner wants all the necessary permits
    and licenses to be accomplished before opening this branch.

    5. Prepare a detailed report on the step by step procedure to register a business with all
    the supporting documents.

    identified.
