    Sir first of all po bago ko po sabihin yung mga natutunan ko po. Sasabihin ko po muna yung problemang
    nakikita ko po dito samen. Which is yung kakulangan po ng family planning each family po samen dito.
    Kaya naman po dumarami yung mga case ng malnutritions . So gusto ko pong i-implement yung program
    na magkaroon nga po ng birth control dito samen. Para po maiwasan na den yung malnutrition.
    Katunayan nga po dito po samen sa isang pamilya bihira nlng po yung makikita mo na tatlong anak sa
    isang pamilya. Lalo na po ngayon na nag ka pandemic parang ginawa nalang po nilang libangan ang pag
    buo ng bata. Tapos po pag laki ng bata wala po silang maipakain kase nga po wala po silang mga sapat
    na trabaho. Tapos marami pa po silang mga anak na hindi na po napapakain ng maayos. Although meron
    naman pong program dito samen na feeding program pero po kase hindi pa den po yun sapat. Dahil
    para sa mga nag aaral lamang po yung feeding program nila tapos hindi rin po palagi silang nag papa-
    feeding. Tapos paano nalang yung mga batang hindi nag aaral dito po samen. Kaya naman po gusto ko
    po mag pa-seminar sa mga magulang na magkaroon sila ng family planning at mas mapa-igting pa yung
    feeding program. Pero bago po yun syempre kailangan ko po muna mag plano. So dito na po papasok
    yung natutunan ko po sa lesson naten which is yung ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMMUNITY
    HEALTH NURSE. Una ko po munang gagawin is mag co-conduct po muna ako ng survey bawat pamilya.
    And then po papasok na po dito yung programmer and planners. So I need to do a plan to do this
    program and then I will identify the needs and concern of individuals, group, families and the
    community. Next I will formulates the health plans. I will interprets and implements my plan and I will
    assist other health team. So as a health educator, trainer and counselor we will reevaluate the things
    that what they need. I will also council them what they know about their health. After that as a
    community organizer we will organize them to know about their health. So after that I will coordinate
    with our municipality to inform them that I will do a seminar to my barangay and I will implement the
    feeding program. After that I will provide a nursing care for my barangay. Next we will monitor the
    status of health of the community. After that I will follow a systematic process of monitoring, we will
    conduct also a research and then we will coordinates with the government. After we do a research we
    proceed to the statistician. We will record the data, reports, consolidates and we will analyze and
    interprets. Lastly we change agent, we need to promotes and motivates the changes on the community.
