No: 14 for extent of 200.00

Square Yards or 167.22 Square Meters, in
Sy.Nos: 587 & 588, Situated at "Sai Nidhi Enclave" Nandigama Village and

Grampanchayat, Nandigama Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist, Telangana State-


(hereinafter will be called as the Schedule of Property and as shown in the

enclosed plan herewith) for her personal, family and legal necessities to

the Vendee herein, and the Vendee has readily accepted to purchase

the same, The Vendee herein agreed to purchase the same for a total sale

consideration of Rs.4,20,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Thousand only).

NOWTHIS SALE DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:


1. In pursuance of this Sale Deed the sale consideration of Rs.4,20,000/-
(Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Thousand only) herein has already paid the
entire sale consideration amount of Rs4,20,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh
Twenty Thousand only) to the Vendor herein, by way of online transfer,
prior to execution and registration of this Sale Deed, towards full and
final sale consideration amount in respect of the schedule of property
and thus having received the full sale consideration amount, the Vendor
herein hereby admits and acknowledges the receipt of said
consideration amount.

2. That the Vendor herein does hereby convey, transfer and assign the
schedule of property in favour of the Vendee herein together with all
her ownership rights, titles and interests whatsoever over the schedule
of property and every part of it with all easements and other rights,
that all the
privileges and appurtenances whatsoever thereto and
internal and external rights in respect of the schedule of property which
were available and enjoyed so far by the Vendor herein shall hereinafter
be available to the Vendee herein.

claims, titles and interests in the schedule of

possessed by him/her absolutely in favour of the Vendee herein and he
has not retained
any part of interest or ownership rights in the Schedule
of Property hereby sold.

10.That the Vendor herein


hereby covenant and declare that the Vendee
herein by virtue of this
Registered Sale Deed have become the absolute
owner and lawful
possessor of Schedule of Property hereby sold and
that have got the absolute
rights of transfer, further construction,
alienation and conveyance of any sorts which he feels
appropriate and
proper in regard to the Schedule of Property hereby sold.
11.All that the Schedule of Property affected by this document property is
not an assigned as defined in Telangana Assigned lands (Prohibition of
Transfers) Act, 9 of 1977, and also this document property is not
attracted by the provisions of Telangana land Reforms (Ceiling on
Agricultural Holding) Act No.1 of 1973, and also this document
property is not falling under any category of land prohibited under
Section of Registration Act, 1908, and there is no structure existing on
the Schedule of
Property.

12.That the Vendor herein further assure to the Vendee herein that the
Schedule of Property is free from protected tenants, if in the event of
any dispute arising in future in this regard, it will be the sole
responsibility of the vendor to clear the dispute at his own expenses and
indemnify the Vendee herein.
