Dear Ma’am / Sir:

Please be informed that our Acquaintance Party will be on July 24, 2015 at Functional Hall
@ 5:00 – 10:00PM based on our Calendar of Activities.

The main objectives of the event are:

 To promote camaraderie, rapport, and open venue for new friendships among
students, the instructors and administration staffs of the school.
 To allow the students and the school personnel with a splendid time to unwind.
 To enhance the socialization skills of the students.
 To discover and polish the talents and attributes on the part of the students by gracing
with talent search (search for the most handsome, and the most beautiful students,
modeling, etc.)

Attendance is mandatory. The theme is Highschool Musical. Each session must have one (1)
song and dance presentation. Advisers or Program Heads per class/session are advised to
conduct meeting with their students to agree on their food, entry for competition, etc.

Kindly check the attached program, mechanics and judging criteria for the competition. Tasks
are also delegated to ensure smooth flow of the activity.

DESIGN YOUR DREAM HAT COMPETITION


Mechanics

1. Each session must have (2) two representatives (male and female) who will act as
models wearing their designed dream hat.
2. The representatives wear their headdresses / “super –sized” hats constructed from
various foundation materials where the covered or trimmed crown height is over 16
inches, or the brim width is over 24 inches.
3. Then, each representative walks and describes the designed hat (including the
description of the hat, materials used and their inspiration).
