A Portrait of Yourself
• The best thing(s) I ever did was (were) loving myself and knowing my worth
• The best advice I ever got was surrender your life to the lord
• If money were no object, I would live peacefully knowing money has no worth
• My idea of a perfect life is knowing I am blessed with everything, even in the smallest things
• My dream is to be financially stable so that my parents would not live a stressful life
• If I ever win a prize it will be for my family, because my success is also their success
Setting Priorities about Values
Values are beliefs, feelings, and principles that guide a person’s actions and give those actions
meaning.
Values
1. Money – the main source of evil, many people would love to die to have such a big amount
of money
2. Peace of mind – reducing our emotions of anxiety, worry, and overwhelm, it can assist us in
maintaining our composure in the face of stress.
3. Happiness – a feeling that comes over when we know that life is good and yet we can’t help
but to smile.
4. Success – a key in everything, a word that can slap the people who drag you down and
discriminate you.
5. Nature – addition to bringing me and others joy, equilibrium, and awe at its beauty, nature
also sustains all our existence.
6. Spiritual Life - link to religious ideas, ideals, and practices that give life purpose,
encouraging and motivating people to reach their highest potential.
8. Taking on Challenges – makes you stronger, helps you to be a better person and builds
resilience capacity.
10. Learning – it gives you satisfaction in life knowing that you learned more that you ever
know and helps us to keep pursuing our personal and professional development goals.
11. Balancing Your Life (work and play) – your health is protected by a good work-life balance,
so you'll take fewer sick days and have more energy for your activities.
12. Physical Health - enhance your ability to carry out daily tasks, help you control your
weight, lower your risk of disease, build your bones and muscles, and your cognitive health.
Success Stories
2. My second success is being saved in depression, I almost kill myself that day, I was thankful
that my fam is there to help and save me.
3. My third success is I graduated junior and senior high school, life is hard because of
pandemic, we have some financial issue but I was thankful that my family didn’t give up so I
can graduate, hoping for more success in life.
