How does the GIS help Wendy’s improve their decisions on store locations ? Ans
Technology plays an important role in decision making for success in every field including management and decision making.

Management depends upon ESRI (Enviromental systems reaearch institute) is an
international supplier of Geographic Information system (GIS) software.
Geographic information Systems (GIS) are powefull and planned decision-making
tools for any business or industry since it allows the analyzation of environmental, demographic and topographic data .Data intelligence compiled from GIS application help companies and various industries , and consumers make informed decesions.
The GIS helps wendey’s to improve decesions on store locations because it
provides more information.When it comes to choosing locations without GIS it may effect in exploiting business and as well as customer service .With the GIS they get more information,they learn about the population,area safety and potential output traffic concerns.It would be very helpful to prevent someone on making wrong decesions, it can change the game.
2..Are the store location decisions certain or uncertain decisions?
Ans
Store location decisions sure can be a very hard decision to make. Especially for a restaurant where is consumers have to visit the location in particular. Many factors depend on opening a new location for a restaurant.
For instance, if Wendy’s ends up opening at a place where there were
reports of robberies, customers will fear visiting the place They have to choose a location very carefully keeping all sorts of aspects in mind. Even one small mistake can result in a lack of customers. Store location are the uncertain decision, because no matter how good the locations looks, there is no way to determine how the business is operating in that particular location.
3..How can intuition contribute to Wendy’s decision-making process?

INTUITION Intuitive decision making is a making decision on the basis of experience feelings and accumulated judgement basically it is voice of your heart in the situation of fifty fifty . obviously it comes from the experience it also plays an important role in successful business because when you have a experience about something you can do it again without any hesitation or difficulty because you can do it early and now you have no problem to do it another time so Wendy’s managers have a experience of store business already so the managers suggests a good location obviously they can say it on the basis of past experience and they also knows that a good location is how much important for their new stores in other words we can say that a good location is a back bone of strong business they knows about the values of main market so their experience helps the Wendy managers to solve the problem about making a new stores or they can change the location of their previous stores. So we can say that a huge experience is the main power of manager
