    P1 – Strength of property rights and law rules
    Every business has a right to protect their business, and they need to follow the rules to
    avoid severe problems. Mang Inasal provides excellent products and services to its
    customers. They provide delicious Filipino food such as grilled chicken, pork, fish, and
    unlimited rice, soup, and condiments. Many customers enjoy this kind of style since they
    can get unlimited rice, soup, and condiments as many as they can with delicious foods.
    The laws can affect the services of Mang Inasal as happened in 2017. According to a
    website (Inquirer.net), a senator advocated a ban on unlimited serving rice in restaurants.
    The operation that the senator made was declined since the Jollibee corporation
    purchased it for three billion pesos.

    P2 – Tax policies
    Paying taxes is normal to a professional citizen. According to the site (Rappler), it is a
    fund employed by the government to provide fundamental social services in order to give
    citizens with economic growth and vital lives. There is a law regarding the payment of
    taxes, so every individual should pay. Mang Inasal and other fast-food restaurants are
    required to pay taxes. The taxes affected the expenses of all businesses or restaurants,
    so if the taxes are reduced, it will be a great opportunity to expand and earn a higher
    amount of income.

    P3 – Corruption and organized crimes


    Corruption is a crime and it is always present in our country. Corruption has a big impact
    on those who pay taxes, payers’ money is wasted on a person who abused their power to
    gain a lot of money. They cause people to lose trust in a government. In every business
    there is a corrupt person, this person is causing a crisis for a business. According to a
    researcher named Nalca (2019), there is an evil in society facilitated by corruption such as
    human trafficking, Money laundering, Organized crime, Mafia, and crimes.

    E1 – Fluctuation in the unemployment rate
    During covid19, the quarantine process is not good enough for the citizens, it affects the
    unemployment rate for businesses and others that have an employee that is caused to
    have a fluctuation in the unemployment rate, it also caused people to lose their job.
    According to a researcher named Gene Falk (2021), he said “The COVID-19 pandemic
    has had a significant effect on labor market metrics for every state, economic sector, and
    major demographic group in the United States.” This is one of the reasons why Mang
    Inasal has a labor shortage, but since we are in a pandemic there are not too many
    customers. If the government does not find the solution on how to solve the problem,
    people will lose their money and cannot buy some expensive product for their needs.

    E2 – Effect of globalization on the economic environment


    According to the researcher named Jason Fernando (2021), Globalization refers to the
    interconnection of nations throughout the world produced by free commerce. Globalization
    has good benefits and bad benefits. If globalization lowers the cost of manufacturing,
    businesses may be able to provide products to customers at a reduced cost. The average
    cost of products is a major part in growing living standards. Consumers now have access
    to a larger selection of products. The price of the food in a fast-food restaurant will lessen,
    which may lead to a loss amount of income. The consumer will gain a benefit from
    globalization.

    E3 – Expenses of Filipinos During Pandemic


    The pandemic has a big impact on businesses, since we are in a pandemic, the
    government declared quarantine for the safety of people. Quarantine affects the job of
    many people, so, therefore, they do not gain enough money for their needs, people
    prioritize their needs than they want, Mang Inasal foods also needs but they need cheaper
    than the food of Mang Inasal, they support more local and small brands.

    S1 – Social attitudes and social trends
    According to a researcher named Ian Estares (2019), he said “There are 76 million active
    Filipino social media users, who spend four hours every day on various social media
    sites”. There are many marketing strategies to promote a product, it is either advertising
    famous people or discrediting the company. Social Media is a weapon to those people
    who have a bad attitude, they use it to get what they want from the shop or store. Many
    businesses are afraid when a person posted about them, so they are more careful when it
    comes to social media. Social media helps to promote a product, and this is a great
    opportunity to have free advertising.

    S2 – Religious believers
    Religion has a huge impact in the food industry, since they have their own beliefs, and
    they have forbidden food such as pork and the blood of a pig. There are advantage and
    disadvantage of religion, the advantage of religious beliefs have a good effect on their
    lifestyle since they are not allowed to eat foods that are forbidden for them, the
    disadvantage of religious belief is they will be curious about what other religion eats.
    Mang Inasal is part of a fast-food restaurant that affects religious believers.

    S3 – Cultural trends and lifestyle.


    When customers decide on what to eat, they do not base their decision on the product,
    location, promotion, and price. They based their decision on their wants or cravings.
    According to a researcher named Josiah Go (2017) he stated: “There are other factors
    that affect buying behavior: Cultural (culture, sub-culture, social class), social (reference
    groups, roles, and status, family), personal (age and lifecycle, occupation, economic
    situation, lifestyle, personality, and self-concept) and psychological (motivation,
    perception, learning, belief, and attitudes)”. Culture has a huge impact on the lifestyle of a
    person since they control the behavior and lifestyle of a person.

    T1 – Payment method
    There are two types of payment methods we used to pay for our purchased item, cash on
    delivery and online payment. Some people use online payment when they do not have
    cash in their pocket. In our era, we all use gadgets for a transaction, communication, and
    other stuff that gadgets can do. Based on the website (Mang Inasal), they expand the
    services for delivery, they also have an online transaction for the payment such as E-
    wallets, Credit Bank Deposits, QR Codes, and other stuff that can pay online. This
    payment helps people to pay easily. This is an opportunity for Mang Inasal to have a lot of
    consumers.

    T2 – Application
    In this era, we are more on technology. Technology helps us to do our work easily. There
    is a lot of application that we can use to buy some foods such as Grab food, Lala food,
    and food panda. We can also buy some products from the applications such as Shopee
    and Lazada. Having an application is useful to have easy access to buy products. There
    also have a card that uses for discounts. Since they are also part of Jollibee Foods
    Corporation which developed a mechanism that uses Happy Plus Cards.

    T3 – Electronic
    Technology had a huge impact on improving the services of Mang inasal. Electronic tools
    have an important role in this era, since we are surrounded by electronic devices, we
    should learn how to use electronic tools. We used electronic devices every day for doing
    important things. Many unknown fast food and food businesses imitated Mang's method,
    goods, and services. Mang Inasal is still upgrading regularly to provide high-quality
    service and maintain its philosophy. Their philosophy is “serving great Food, delivering
    excellent service, and maintaining Cleanliness and good store condition every day.”
