    Term and Condition:
    1. Price above EXCLUDE VAT
    2. Price stated in this quotation is based on exchange rate of 14,500 IDR/USD.
    3. The above price includes 12 months unit warranty from Testing Commissioning date or 18 months
    from factory delivery date which ever come first.
    4. The above price includes 36 months compressor warranty from Testing Commissioning date or
    42 months from factory delivery date which ever come first.
    5. The above price is excluding unloading, hoisting, & other labor and as for delivery:
    5. If total price more or equal than 15 Mio IDR, LOCO Jakarta on truck
    5. If total price less than 15 Mio IDR, pick up at warehouse
    6. The above price excludes installation such as labor, pipes, bracket, refrigerant, etc
    6. For best performance, using Daikin Refrigerant is highly recommended.
    7. The above price is valid untill 1 month (30 days) from quotation date as above.
    8. If requesting Testing Commissioning VRV out of Office Hour (Business Day 08:00 - 17:00),
