Electrical Scope of Work

1. This will be an open remodel with all work done at night, 6 nights/week, with daily cleanup.
2. This is an 8 week construction schedule.
3. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start October 24,
2022.
4. This is a general electrical scope of work and is not intended to be a complete scope. Please
reference electrical notes and power notes to provide a bid for a complete installation.
5. Lighting and lamps are supplied by others and installed by the electrical contractor.
6. Any new circuit breakers required are the responsibility of the electrical contractor. Ensure all
panels are up to code including labeling and scheduling.
7. Demolition is done in phases to allow for build back in an operating restaurant.
8. Restroom remodels are done one restroom at a time while keeping the other restroom open and
operating.

Electrical Demo:
A. Demo show electrical including ceiling mounted lighting/fixtures/speakers (see plans & photos).
B. Demo Floor Outlets. Some floor outlets may be reused after a survey of floor outlet circuits to
see which outlets can be saved or extended.
C. Sawcutting of the underslab electrical and dance floor to be done by others but laid out by
Electrician.
D. Disconnect wiring of existing speakers. Leave existing speakers in place.
E. Demo restroom lighting. Prep for new fixtures per E1.0.
F. Demo and relocate +-10 track and mono-point lights for décor lighting (include even if not
shown on plans).

Electrical:
A. Survey the circuits above the ceiling for the existing in slab outlet system to determine which
circuits can be reused for the new in slab floor outlets.
B. The plans show under carpet wiring. That product was discontinued by Commscope. We will do
in-slab floor outlets. We will saw cut the slab and patch the concrete. Floor boxes and brass
cover plates are supplied by owner.
C. Install new ceiling outlets for ceiling mounted TV’s per E1.0.
D. Install owner provided data cable to ceiling mounted TV locations per E1.0 & AV1.0.
E. Run (5) new 20-amp dedicated circuits in conduits below slab to floor box recessed below new
dance floor. Include concrete cutting if possible.
F. Install 6 outlets for the new video wall location at the demoed show per E2.0.
G. New electrical circuit with a j-box for power for new ceiling hung You Won sign per note 8/E1.0.
H. Install new pendant lighting per A3.0 & E1.0. Center at booth table.
I. Install new and relocated 2x4 troffers per E1.0.
J. Provide power for new exterior Eyebrow Awnings per E1.0.
K. Replace 2x4 troffers in the restrooms per E1.0 and install new vanity lighting.
L. Run (2) new dedicated circuits for restroom hand dryers. (1) hand dryer circuit per restroom.
M. Modify electrical panels as required. Any new circuit breakers are supplied by the EC.
N. Install new Gray duplex receptacles with 2 integral charging ports in existing framed walls and
new booth walls. “J” box is factory roughed-in the furniture walls for new outlets. EC to supply
USB outlets. See E2.0.
O. Install new outlet at the new pizza pass through (21/A1.0) – Include even if not called out on
plans.
P. Provide temporary power to the games while the floor outlet work is being done. Games must
be kept up and operating for the duration of the remodel.
Q. Install GC provided occupancy sensor and 3 2x4 lights behind video wall even if not shown on
plans.

Low Voltage:
A. Include all low voltage per AV1.0. All cable/wire supplied by owner.
B. Run 2 new data lines in conduits below slab to floor box recessed below the new dance floor.
Termination by others.
C. Install data drops to the new video wall location per AV1.0.
D. Digital menu boards are existing to remain. No electrical or data work.
E. Provide Power and Data for new Video Promo Board, See A5.0 for location.
F. Install new owner provided speakers and microphone. Wire supplied by owner. See AV1.0.
Terminations at speakers by electrical contractor. Terminations at A/V rack by owner.
G. Provide and install data port for FSK equipment and TV Pods (6/AV1.0).
H. Include one data drop and one ceiling outlet above the new LED dance floor. (See AV1.0).
I. Run Owner provided Cat 6 cable from the new Store Manager Control panel to the A/V rack.
Owner to terminate.
J. Run Owner provided DMX line from the new Store Manager Control panel to the A/V rack.
Owner to terminate.
