• Scraped 40K+ dishes' information (dish name, dish price, restaurant address, restaurant name) from Menupages in
Python and loaded into SQLite database
• Forecasted meal plan preference based on customers information using decision tree and random forest model,
reached accuracy =0.872
• Led a team of 5 to design a survey to collect customer opinions regarding meal plan change, it improved
satisfaction rate by 20%
Bank Customer Segmentation Project - New York, NY March 2021 – April 2021
• Conducted exploratory data analysis by using Histograms, KDE plots, and correlation matrix for transaction
• Performed K-means clustering algorithms to conduct customer segmentation and identified target cohort
• Optimized marketing campaign by feeding customized content to 5 customer clusters, and achieved 70% boost in
