How to Fulfill Your Orders:
Placing an order to AliExpress

DSers will automatically synchronize the order you receive on Shopify.
Go to Open Order – Awaiting order. The order you need to place to

AliExpress will be in the Awaiting order tab after you received them on your store.
Click the Order button.
It will open a page where you can double check the order shipping
setting.
At this step, you can change the shipping method as you wish.
Click Confirm after you make sure the Shipping method is the one you want.
Once the order is processed, you will see a notification on above.
You can go to the Awaiting payment tab to find the order you just placed and
see that the Ali Order Number has been generated.
You can click the Make payment button above, and it will take you to
AliExpress where you can pay for the order.
Make the payment

On AliExpress Orders page, go to Awaiting payment page and select
the order you want to pay.
Click on the Pay for selected order(s) or Pay Now button.
A window will pop up and you can choose the Payment method and

complete your payment there.
After the payment
Once you made your payment, you are DONE.
DSers will take care of the rest.
After your payment, DSers will automatically move the order to Orders – Open
Order – Awaiting Shipment. (Note: the status may take some time to
change, don’t worry about it.)
When your supplier sends out the package, the tracking number will be
generated. DSers will automatically update the order and move the order
to Fulfilled tab with the tracking number.
l Adding and importing products to your
website
l First, go to DSers - Import List.
l You can add a product’s AliExpress URL link in the dedicated box below.
l Just copy the link from the product’s page on AliExpress.
l
l And paste it in the box.
l Just click “OK” and the product will be added to the Import List.

l On the product search page from AliExpress
l Once installed, you can simply press the DSers button while hovering over
the product you want to add.
l Once you clicked, you’ll see a confirmation on the top right corner.
l And the product will be added to your Import List on DSers.

l You can also click Add to DSers button on the product’s description
page to import the product.

l After you added the product, you will also see a confirmation.

l Once the product is imported to DSers’ Import List, you have multiple
choices:

l -You can Edit the product

l Change the names, the prices, delete pictures.

l -You can Publish your product to your WIX store

l (Note that once Pushed to WIX, you can’t edit the product on DSers
anymore)
l You can Publish the product to multiple stores at once.
l
l -You can Split the product

l If you want to separate a product into multiple other products, you can use
the Split feature.

l -You can add Tags

l Add some tags to your products to find them more easily and be able to
filter them in the Import list.
How To Create a Collection?
From your Shopify admin, go to Products > Collections.
1 Click Create collection.
2 Enter a title and description for the collection.
3 In the Collection type section, click Manual.
4 Click Save.
5 In the Products section, search for products or click Browse, and

then add the products that you want to have in the collection.
6 Set the sort order for how you want the products to be sorted in
your store.
How To Add products to existing collection?

From your Shopify admin, go to Products > Collections.
1 Click the name of the collection that you want to add products to.
2 In the Products section, search for products or click Browse, and

then add the products that you want to have in the collection.
Menus and links
l Add, remove, or edit menu items in your online

store
You can add menu items to your online store menus to build your store's
navigation. Menu items are links to products, collections, webpages, blog
posts, policies, or other websites. You can also remove or edit menu
items.
In most cases, you need to create an item before you can link to it. For
example, you need to create a collection before you can add it to a
menu.
You can view and change your online store navigation from
the Navigation page in your Shopify admin.
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

1 On the Navigation page, click the title of the menu that you want to
edit.
2 Click Add menu item.
3 Enter a title for the menu item. This title displays in the menu, and
can include special characters or emoji.
4 Click the Link field, and then select a link type or enter a website

address for an external website:
· Home - your online store's home page
· Collections - a specific collection or all collections
· Products - a specific product or all products
· Pages - a webpage on your online store
· Blogs - a blog on your online store
· Blog posts - a blog post on your online store
· Policies - one of your store policies
1 To create an email link, use the

2 If you selected a collection or all collections, then you can filter the
collection with tags to display only the products that match all of the
tags that you enter.
3 If you selected a link type, then select a specific destination. When
you select Home, the destination is automatically set to your online
store's home page.
4 Click Save menu.

and then sort by orders and reviews. The product that has lots of good
