BEL-RAY® ANTI-WEAR COMPRESSOR OIL

Bel-Ray Anti-Wear Compressor Oil is a Series of long service-life oils for rotary compressors.
It is fully formulated for optimum performance over long periods, permitting minimum
maintenance of the equipment.

Applications
♦ Rotary vane, rotary lobe or rotary screw compressors
♦ Vacuum pumps, compressed air dryers, oil/water separators

Features and Benefits

♦ Rust and oxidation stability Extended service life.
♦ Anti-wear protection Reduces friction and wear.
♦ High demulsibility Excellent water separation.
♦ Tenacious Good load carrying ability.
♦ Low pour point Ensures fluidity at low temperatures.

General Description
The anti-wear protection formulated into Bel-Ray Anti-Wear Compressor Oil is outstanding,
achieving film strength that is considered mild extreme pressure. This results in minimum
bearing wear and exceptional protection. The ability of water to separate from Bel-Ray
Anti-Wear Compressor Oil is rapid and complete. Water separation is necessary for proper air
flow in most compressors to prevent screen plugging. Long life is assured from the carefully
balanced formulation of inhibitors that prevent gum and varnish formation. Under most
conditions, the expected drain interval is 1800 to 2000 hours.

For lubrication of reciprocating type compressors, Bel-Ray Compuvac Oil Series is preferred.
