Specific Responsibilities:

 Day to day Administrative support


 Design and implement office and Administrative procedures
 Advertise vacancies, and be responsible for the entire recruitment process
 Orientation and training for new and existing employees
 Serve as the primary contact for employees’ concerns/suggestions and resolving them
 Keeping and maintaining of employees’ records
 Any other assigned task

Qualification/Competencies:

 A degree in HR or any related field


 A minimum of 2 years working experience
 Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
 Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
 Great interpersonal skills
 Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability

QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11 (50% AT
SHOPS AND 50% AT PRODUCTION AND OFFICE)

Specific Responsibilities:

 Ensure the adherence of recipe and standard operating procedures


 Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products
 Undertaking quality adherence trainings for new and existing staff
 Ensuring the adherence of FDA’s quality assurance standards
 Designing, implementing and updating of quality check lists
 Any other assigned tasks

Qualification/Competencies:

 A degree in food science/food safety or any related field


 A minimum of 2 years working experience
 Familiarity with HACCP principles and applications
 Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
 Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
 Familiarity with FDA food safety standards
 Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability

ACCOUNTS PERSONNEL: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11

Specific Responsibilities:

 Entering financial transactions in database


 Assisting in filing and payment of statutory returns
 Assisting in the undertaking of Internal Audits
 Handling Accounts receivables and payables as directed by the Accounts Supervisor
 Any other assigned task

Qualification/Competencies:

 A minimum of HND in Accounting or any related field


 A minimum of 1 year working experience
 Familiarity with basic accounting principles
 Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
 Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
 Great interpersonal skills
 Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability

DRIVER: TEMA, COMMUNITY 11

Specific Responsibilities:

 Moving goods between units in accordance with laid down principles


 Transporting Administrative Staff to perform routine office duties
 Any other assigned task

Qualification/Competencies:

 Minimum Class C Licensed driver


 A minimum of 2 years driving experience
 Ability to work under pressure
 Great interpersonal skills

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR: EAST LEGON, HAATSO OR TEMA

Specific Responsibilities:

 Serve as the main point of contact for customers’ and employees’ concerns, and resolving
them
 Ensuring that the shop has enough items for sales, and ordering for additional items when
necessary
 Assist in undertaking practical trainings for new and existing shop staff
 Meeting set targets and ensuring excellent customer service delivery
 Daily stock taking at the Shops
 Reconciliation of sales and electronic transactions made during the day
 Any other assigned task

Qualification/Competencies:

 HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years working experience in the food and hospitality
industry, or a degree in Hospitality.
 A minimum of 1 year working experience
 Passionate about working in the food industry
 Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
 Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
 Great interpersonal skills
 Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability

 Serve as first point of contact for customers


 Receiving phone calls from customers who call to place orders
 Receiving and keying orders of walk in customers
 Receiving payment and issuing receipts
 Ensuring the restaurant area aesthetics is maintained and kept clean and tidy
 Any other assigned task

Qualification/Competencies:

 Vocational training, WASSCE or HND


 Must possess excellent money handling skills
 Must possess basic Mathematic skills
 Familiarity with working with computers/POS
 Ability to work under pressure
 Passionate about working in the food industry
