 INTRODUCTION

Mother nature took millions of years to prepare for the needs of modern human life. We're stuck in this 3D
+ 1 additional dimension world, time. As the most intelligent species, humans are given the natural gift to
manage and prosper the earth with all the resources that we have wisely, including the times.

What currently happens causes by industrialization to manage human housing needs, especially related
metal-based products is relatively not an optimum solution. Nature requires billions of years to form iron
ore that is a relatively finite natural resource, the supply chains are relatively long and harming our earth.
We need a wise and optimal solution for that issues and mother nature gave us the answer, the plant.

It's not about you, Formula One Indonesia or anyone it's all about our child, our next generation and our
home earth. We deeply believe since 24 years ago, the sustainability is our species major issues. That's why
we choose to contribute to society with these industries.

province of Furniture Industries, Central
Java, Indonesia. Separated into 2 district,
Demak and The Carving City, Jepara.

The first factory located in Demak. right

at the side of national street, nearby the
sea and airport make it ideal for the
main office and to process half-finished
product to finish product.

The second factory is located at the

middle were the local heritage of
furniture industries born, Jepara.
Relatively rural area, capital and
operational expenditure is relatively low.
Ideal to store the raw material stock and
