As per the chapter –VII of the Go.Ms.number 119MA&UD(H) dated
28.03.2017 ,road widening portion(Minimum abutting road width required) shall be handed over to the Local body in the form of notarized undertaking to be executed on Rs.100/- non Judicial stamp paper(Annexure-4). But on verification of the following approved plans, it is verified that the plan approval was accorded after deducting the road widening portion but not obtained the Notarized affidavit(Annexure-IV).
