    Important Notes:
    1. From 02/12/22 to 20/12/22 – Normal School Timing – 0750 hrs to 1420 hrs. (Theory Exam Timing: 0830 hrs to
    1145 hrs), after the Pre-board exam on a day, normal classes will be conducted as per school time-table. On Non-
    examination days students of Classes X & XII must come to the school and attend their classes as per school time-
    table.

    2. Class-Teachers are requested to give diary notes to the children regarding the above date-sheet, timings
    and their regularity to the school on non-examination days also.

    3. Teachers are requested to inform the students about syllabus (90 % - 100 %) within 28th Nov 2022 with diary
    notes. HOD’s are hereby requested to check the same as per their plans of completion of syllabus. No re-test will be
    conducted further for this examination. Any emergency leave approved by principal, AF School, Hasimara may
    please be considered for re-examination (if required). All Question Papers (including Practical / Projects) must be as
    per cbse examination norms (i.e. Objective & Subjective both type of questions should be covered as per cbse
    marking scheme).

    4. The concerned subject teachers are requested to submit the question papers along with undertaking for
    “Error Less question Paper” to their HOD’s within 30th Nov 2022. Henceforth, HOD’s of each department will
    submit the question papers to Exam Dept. by 01st Nov 2022 for printing.

    5. Last date for exchange of marks for the Classes (X & XII) - 12/01/23 (Friday).
    Last date for Submission of consolidated Mark-Statement (In Two Copies) – 13/01/23 (Exam dept. copy &
    Principal’s copy).
