OPENER
Basically speaking activities encompassing the prescribed courses of study are called curricular or
academic activities. In simple words it can be said that activities that are undertaken inside the classroom, in
the laboratory, workshop or in library are called “curricular activities.” These activities are an integral part of
the over-all instructional programme. Because in the organization of these activities there lies active
involvement of the teaching staff of the educational institution.

The most common problems I have encountered in maintaining order during instructional
and co-curricular activities are:
1. making rules to remember and teaching the students in the most possible and
easiest way.
2. management of schedules for multiple classes and students tend to arise.
3. Time management.
10.4 INTERNALIZATION
Review your participation tasks and list down below the effects to the students of the
different participation tasks that you employed.
A. Participation Tasks in Maintaining Effects on Students ‘ Learning Achievement
Order during Instruction
Show Students Their Fears Are Unfounded I transformed my classroom into a safe
space for trying, failing, and trying again. I
could almost see students' relief as they
realized that if their teacher made mistakes,
they could too.
Reminding the learners to always observe Lerners developed making good decisions,
their actions and that following rules are respect to others, and following rules at all
important. times.

Reflection
How can you put order in your classroom so learning can take place and co-curricular activities can be
implemented?
Through making rules that are short and easy to remember and teaching the students in a
positive light, I can bring order to my classroom so that learning and co-curricular activities can take
place. I should remind them that good behavior can lead to rewards as well as the avoidance of
reprimands. When it comes to maintaining order, it's always best to deal with them in a way that they
can understand and accept, but if I have to put my foot down, I shouldn't hold back about enforcing the
rules' agreed-upon consequences. Respect is earned through consistency, and in order to earn respect,
I must be consistent in both mercy and justice. I should also let students feel that they are loved and that
I am making sure that they are well; that's why they are being disciplined.
