Daily Report Code No. HSE # 130 Month September Date 06/09/2021

Excavations without barricade:

TMC:

It was observed that several excavations on site are still without

barricades specifically those along vehicle access at taxiway. Tire
tracks were seen at the edge which increases the risk of vehicles
falling into the excavated area as vehicles move close.

Category: (Excavation).

Recommendations:

TMC team should always mark and barricade excavations to

minimize the chances of accident on site. Also conduct regular
checks to ensure barricades previously set up are reinstalled
after working in the area.
Poor Housekeeping and food waste management:

RPCO/IKK:

Poor housekeeping was observed at site, near the rest shelters.

Waste bins were also noticed to be full and food wastes littered
around. This could generate foul smell if kept for long and also
attract flies, insect that becomes carriers of disease.

Category: (House keeping).

Recommendations:

Advised subcontractors to conduct housekeeping at site on a

regular basis to keep the environment clean and also arrange for
timely removal of food waste to designated area.
