1. Reference : Police Blotter with entry no. 001, page no.002, Volume 1 Series of 2022
2. This pertains to the above-cited incident being investigated by this Station
Involving the following facts and circumstances, to wit:
VICTIM :
BALAO, ARBERTH Y SOLIS, 21 years old, Call center agent, wearing a white t-shirt, red
jersey short, presently residing 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision Nangka Marikina City
REYES, MARK AARON Y SINFUEGO , 20 years old, Call center agent, wearing black short,
presently residing 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision Nangka Marikina City
SUSPECT/S :
JUANICO, JOMEL y FALGUERA Alias “JOJO”, 21 years old, jobless, presently residing at
Blk 12 Lot 4 Area 2 Balubad Nangka Marikina City
GAYTOS, EDCEL y COMIA Alias “EDZ”, 20 years old, jobless, presently residing at Blk 12
Lot 4 Area 2 Balubad Nangka Marikina City

Around 5:35am o’clock in the morning, October 29, 2022 at 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision
Nangka Marikina City
FACTS OF THE CASE:

3. Investigation disclosed that on stated TDPO, witness ENAGAN, RODETTE Y S, 20 years
old, and a resident of 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision Nangka Marikina City. The witness
heard shouting from his neighbor. The witness saw the cadaver of the victim at 5:30 am o’clock
in morning and she immediately reported to the Marikina Police Station for investigation and
proper disposition.
4. SOCO team of Marikina Police Station led by PMSg. RHIAN JOHN F. SERVAÑEZ arrived
and conducted the technical aspect of the investigation.
5. Recovered from the crime scene, one (1) piece of knife containing blood, one (1) piece of
slipper color Red, one (1) piece of lighter, and One (1) piece of a broken bottle containing blood.
6. The cursory examination of the first victim’s body that sustained a big wound on the left
abdomen and one (1) wound on the head. The second victim’s body has big wound on the left
temple of his head.
DISPOSITION:
7. Cadaver of the victims moved to Kairog funeral homes for safe keeping pending for autopsy.

SUBJECT: Re-found Dead Bodies of two Male Persons
I. AUTHORITY:
1. Verbal instruction of PCpl. JOHN EDRIAN CAPAGUE
II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED:

2. This pertains to an investigation conducted by the Station that took place on or about 5:30am
o’clock in the morning, October 29, 2022 at 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision Nangka
Marikina city where in two (2) victims were identified as BALAO, ARBERTH Y SOLIS, 21
years old, Call center agent, wearing a white t-shirt, red jersey short, presently residing 114
Rosas st Twinville Subdivision Nangka Marikina City.
REYES, MARK AARON Y , 20 years old, Call center agent, wearing black short, presently
residing 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision Nangka Marikina City
III. FACTS OF THE CASE:
3. On or about 5:30am o’clock in the morning October 29, 2022, a follow up team composed of
PCpl. JOHN EDRIAN CAPAGUE Pat. JOHN BENEDICT PED and Pat. ZHAIRA ANN
ANDAL proceeded to the house of the victim located at 114 Rosas st Twinville Subdivision
Nangka Marikina City where they met a certain ENAGAN, RODETTE Y S, who claim that she
was a neighbor of BALAO, ARBERTH Y SOLIS and REYES, MARK AARON Y
SINFUEGO. she narrated that she saw the two (2) victim at 11pm on October 28, 2022 before
she sleep at 10:00pm o’clock in the midnight and she woke up at 4am, because she heard a
shouting from their neighbor and she saw a two (2) man running outside from the house of the
victim. She clearly identified one of the suspect named JUANICO, JOMEL Y FALGUERO by
the evidence which clearly linked to him, the slippers that found on the crime scene. also heard
breaking glass and she saw the cadaver of the two (2) victims at 4:30am o’clock in the morning.
4. After interviewing ENAGAN, RODETTE, the team proceeded at the residence of JUANICO,
JOMEL Y FALGUERO: located at Blk 12 lot 4 area 2 Balubad Nangka, Marikina City
upon arrival the follow up team saw the suspect : JUANICO, JOMEL Y FALGUERO and he is
voluntarily surrender and he confess that he is not the only one commited a crime. He was
arrested by PCpl. JOHN EDRIAN CAPAGUE Pat. JOHN BENEDICT PED and Pat. ZHAIRA
ANN ANDAL and brought to the sub station for investigation and proper disposition.
After the confession of JUANICO, JOMEL Y FALGUERO he pointed out that he did the crime
with the help of GAYTOS, EDCEL y COMIA Alias “EDZ curently residing at Blk 12 lot 5 area
2 balubad Nangka, Marikina City
IV. CONCLUSION:
5. Based on the facts gathered, ENAGAN, RODETTE saw the victims with BALAO,
ARBERTH Y SOLIS and REYES, MARK AARON Y SINFUEGO before she sleep at 11:00pm
o’clock. And then they have a commotion in the house of BALAO, ARBERTH Y SOLIS after
they saw the victims laying down and full of lacerations and bloods, ENAGAN, RODETTE
called the police authority at 4:34 am o’clock in the morning upon the arriving of the police
authority at 4:39 am
6. The two (2) suspects admit he do a crime by surrendering by himself.
V. DISPOSITION/RECOMMENDATION:
7. Case under investigation and follow up. Pending result of examination from the PNP Crime
Laboratory, likewise the result of finger print gathered in the bottle used to commit a crime.
8. Recommend that the team of dedicated detectives be directed to cause for the arrest of the
suspect.

ivFACTS OF THE CASE:
2. On or about 3:20am o’clock in the morning, February 23, 2019, a follow

up team composed of PO2 MARIO BENHAMINA and PO1 JULIETA
MILAGROSA proceeded to San Mateo Police PNP Crime Laboratory to
follow up the result of finger print shown to the bottle.
3. The expert witness issued by SPO3 JEROME ALFONSO. Gave that
suspect BERNI TARRO y LUWAGWAY matched the finger print found in
the bottle used to killed : BERNI TARRO y LUWAGWAY.
IV. DISCUSSION:
4. A case of homicide file against RAFAEL DURAN y ASPEN and being

prepared by this station for inquest proceedings before the office of city
Prosecutor.
V. DISPOSITION/RECOMMENDATION:
6. This case is considered solved/closed as far as this station is concerned.
7. Final investigation report will follow.
