    APPLICATION FOR EARLY HEARING OF THE ABOVE-

    MENTIONED CASE

    Most Respectfully Showeth:

    1. That the above captioned matter is pending for adjudication in the

    Hon’ble Court and listed for hearing on 28/05/2019.

    2. That the complainant filed an application for Dasti orders on

    17/02/2019 which was dismissed vide order dated 18/02/2019 by

    this Hon’ble Court.

    3. That the complainant’s counsel came to know that the present

    matter is listed on 28/05/2019 instead of 28/03/2019 which may be

    the result of confusion or mis-communication.

    4. That it is pertinent to mention that, in this present matter, despite

    one year elapsed no notice/summons had been served to the

    accused/ respondent till date.

    5. That in the interest of Justice and for speedy disposal of the case, it

    is necessary that an early hearing of this present matter to be done.


    PRAYER: -

    It is therefore keeping in view the facts and circumstances above

    mentioned, matter it is most respectfully prayed that:

    a) This Hon’ble court may be pleased to allow an early hearing

    of this case.

    b) Pass any order or further orders in the present circumstances

    of the case in the interest of Justice.
