Thought Catcher

What we think affects how we feel. Yet, we often are more reactive to our emotions than observant of the thoughts that bring up these
feelings. It takes practice to begin to notice our initial thoughts and connect them with our feelings. This form can help you catch
some of your thoughts that go through your mind and recognize the emotions attached to them. Fill it in whenever you notice strong
feelings.
