1. What does TESOL stand for?
-Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. 2. What will TESOL help you with in teaching English? - Is a program that will help you and help your student improve their English well and will keeping them motivated and having some fun along the way too.
Questions for Video Part 2:
1. Why do students abroad want to study English? -To compete for promotion for their job -To study abroad -To understand their favourite English pop songs or watch English-language movies 2. What are the stages of a Communicative Approach lesson? -Warm up –Review -Target language -Activities Questions for Video Part 3: 1. What makes a good teacher? Elicits – Asking questions for them to participate. Demonstrates- Show them, don’t tell them. Does take-up –Summarize and give feedback.

1. Auditory learners-need to hear things. 2. Visual-rely on sighting 3. Tactile-physical touch (rough or smooth) 4. Kinaesthetic-acting and moving around/Singing 3. How can knowledge of the different types of learner help in teaching? -It really helps since we all know that every student learns differently and learning style must be preferential way in which the student absorbs processes, comprehends and understands in their own way.
