    Dear Sir:

    Greetings of peace!

    Our institution have just concluded its training in Computer Systems Servicing NC II
    under the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program with RQM code RQM2-2022-TTSP-0972-0024
    just recently. The actual training started on May 23, 2022 and supposed to end on July 1,
    2022 as indicated in the BSRS but unfortunately we were not able to end immediately the
    training on that certain date.

    In this connection, I am writing this letter to formally apologize and explain the reason
    why we were not able to end the training on the indicated end of training in the BSRS. The
    fact that we are new to the newly implemented system, we were hesitant during that time to
    execute the end training in the BSRS for the reason that we might not able to generate
    anymore some important reports from the BSRS once the training has been already ended.
    Therefore, the actual training schedule was ended on July 5, 2022.

    We are once again sorry for the inconvenience caused and rest assured that we will
    surely follow all TESDA guidelines and mandates.
