We are pleased to offer you the position of Barista at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters (Muhavra Enterprises Private Limited). As agreed, you are requested to join the company on/before 16th January 2023.
Work Location Your work location will be Delhi, India.
Duties You are obliged to perform the duties assigned to you with due care and diligence in accordance with the policies of the company.
Salary Your Annual CTC will be Rs.2,81,102 payable Annually and subject to all applicable with holdings and deductions (a detailed component wise salary structure is as per annexure 1)
Working Hours You will be having a five-days’ work week roster
Probation Period The first three (3) months of the employment shall be probationary period. This period of time allows you and the company to determine if the position is suitable for you. If the company decides to discontinue employment within this period, you will be entitled to reasonable notice based upon your reporting Manager’s discretion.
Notice Period During your employment, In case of resignation to the company, you need to give the company one (1) month after written confirmation or 1 month’s salary in lieu of confirmed notice period.

As a confirmation of your acceptance, please send an acceptance email containing all the requested documents (as per annexure 2) at hr@bluetokaicoffee.com within 2 days of receiving this offer letter. Kindly sign and share a copy of this letter with us on the day you will join us.

Acceptance of Offer
Please accept this letter of offer by signing and returning a copy of this document on or before 12th January 2023. By signing this letter, you agree that you are not relying upon any promises or statements concerning the terms or conditions of your employment other than those that are contained herein.
Your Annual CTC will be at a rate of 23,425/- payable monthly and subject to all applicable with holdings and deductions.
