Filipinos and a resident of Brgy. Dangula-an, Anilao, Iloilo, Philippines , after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we own a total aggregate landholding, including the area of EIGHT THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE (8, 575) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS,
that we are acquiring from WILHELMINA D. BALISTA, married to EULOGIO T.
BALISTA, under Doc. No. ___________, Page No. _______, Book No._____, Series of
__________ of Notary Public _____________________________, dated
____________________________;

2. That this affidavit is being executed to show proof that the total aggregate land holding
inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5)
hectares;

3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve.
