    Greetings in the name of public service!

    This October, San Rafael Elementary School is implementing a 4-day in-person classes or face-to-face
    classes wherein 100% of our learners are coming to school from Mondays through Thursdays. Due to the
    large number of pupils, the limited number of school guards, SPTA officers, volunteer parents and school
    personnel find it difficult to control the entrance and exit gates during the arrival and dismissal of our
    pupils.

    In this regard, we humbly request your good office to provide us an immediate assistance of traffic
    enforcers who will assist us during the time of arrival and dismissal of our learners from 11:00AM to
    1:00PM, and at the same time manage the traffic situation along P. Rodriguez Street which is adjacent to
    the school.
