Communicate to other people Because of computer we can send messages to our friends and family. Whenever I also have concerns and questions to my teachers I am using computer to send them my emails. 1.Health problems Using computer for a period of time can cause
several mental health, such as stress, depression and sleep disturbances among young adults like us. 2. Cyber bullying Teenage involvement in online bullying and victimization is significantly influenced by time spent on computers. 3. Less human interaction More people are now relying on technology to communicate with their loved ones, friends and associates. So, we get even less human contact than ever before. 4. Loss of privacy The computer can store a lot of data, so if you store any of your personal information on it, there is a chance that it could end up in the wrong hands.
