Allergen Statement According to EC directives 2000/13 and modifications 2003/89EC, 2006/142EC and
2007/68EC product does not contain any allergen.
Application JOHA TC is used for the manufacture UHT- beverages, coffee drinks or dry beverage
blends. JOHA TC binds free acids and therefore stabilizes pH- value during the
manufacturing process. The dosage rate is between 0.12 and 0.3 % calculated in final
product.

Storage The product should be stored under cool and dry conditions. Protect from humidity.
Shelf life Stored under appropriate condition shelf life is 36 months minimum.
Packaging Paper sacks with polyethylene liner, 25 kg net; 1000 kg shrink-wrapped on Euro pallets.
