    The undersigned is directed to state that the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional
    training has got approve PC-I with the titled “Response. Recovery and Resilience in Education Project
    (RRREP)” at the cost of US$19.85 million for a period of 18 months. The project will be funded through the
    grant of Global Partnership for Education using Government fiduciary mechanism. The concept now has
    been cleared by Planning Commission with the valuable support from Economic Affairs Division

    2 Finance Davison (Budget Wing) is, requested to authorized opening of Lapsable Foreign Aid
    Assignment Account with National Bank of Pakistan (Main Branch). Civic Centre, Islamabad in the name of
    the project titled “Response, Recovery and Resilience in Education Project (RRREP)” and endorse the
    enclosed sanction letters before onward submission to AGPR.

    I am directed to convey the sanction of the President of Pakistan for opening of Revolving
    Fund Account (Foreign Aid Assignment Account in Local Currency) for the project titled “Response,
    recovery and Resilience in Education Project (RRREP)” at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Main Branch,
    Islamabad

    2 The above account will be operated jointly by Mr. Asmatullah, Deputy Secretary and Mr.
    Yasir Irfan, Deputy Chief whose specimen signatures duly attested are attached herewith in triplicate.
    3 It I, therefore, requested that necessary authority may kindly be issued to NBP for the opening
    of revolving Fund Account (Lapsable Foreign Aid Assignment Account) at National Bank of Pakistan, Main
    Branch, Islamabad.

    4 The above account will be operated/maintained in accordance with the approved revised
    procedure circulated by Finance Division (Budget Wing)’s O.M No.F(2(1)BR-II/2007-949, dated August 02,
    2013.

    5 The funds in the assignment account will be provided through sanctioned Development
    budget grant.
