-Discussant will give a motivation first to the students called a jumbled letter. Wherein, students

5.Presentation

The Discussant will present the prepared power point presentation then will discuss

the following topics of managerial skills in bar services.


B. ACTIVITY

 Discussant will ask the students what all about my discussion is.
 Discussant will give an assignment.

C. ANALYSIS

The Discussant will flash a question on screen, then the students will be allowed to answer the

Question which is called the identification.

1. What is bar?

2-10. What are the 9 skills in bar manager and each skills give a brief explanation.

D. ABSTRACTION

Discussant will let students classified the five keys in food safety.

Ex. Give me the 9 skills in bar manager.

E. APPLICATION

The Discussant will give an activity and each student must explain what managerial skills in bar is.

IV. EVALUATION

Discussant will give a short quiz with regards to the topics discussed.

Identification: 10 pts.

What skills help bar managers find job?

What skills do you need to be a bar manager?
