Unit Construction
The unit comprises of two panes of glass encapsulating a wooden element to create a hermetically sealed unit that
maintains the integrity of the wooden element.

Different thicknesses/ depths can be achieved by varying the thickness of the cavity between the glass panes. The
panes of glass may be selected as per functional requirements of the façade or architect's design intent. A variety of
textures/ colours can be selected when designing the product to bring architect's ideas to reality. Bespoke facades are
possible by customizing the wooden element as per project requirement. Works as a conventional insulated glass once
constructed and can be installed easily in the standard framing systems or structurally glazed sections.

Since natural wood elements are used as inserts, different textures or colour tones may appear as part of the product
which is a natural phenomenon and is not considered a material defect. Slight changes in colour may appear over-time
but the special glass construction restricts the UV radiation and colour pigments from fading. The product is provided
with a border ceramic frit of custom colour choice. It conceals the silicon sightline, expansion gap and fixing elements
used while assembling the product thus providing a uniform finish on the product consistent across all
glass panels.
