    CULMINATING ACTIVITY OF GRADE 12 STEM NEWTON

    The day of the culminating activity of Grade 12 STEM Newton has come, on
    February 3, 2023. This day had wonderful weather, and our God gave a great morning to
    all teachers and students at Alupay Integrated National High School (AINHS). This was
    the most exciting day and the last event of the Grade 12 STEM Newton before the
    semester break. In this culminating activity, the students of Grade 12 STEM Newton
    were challenged to unlock their STEM potential at Newton's Festival of Talents.

    At STEM 12 Newton culminating activity, the activity was conducted in accordance to


    the program flow that follows:
    I. Prayer
    II. The Newtonians
    III. D' Duo
    IV. D' Dancers
    V. D' Newbros
    VI. Chachers
    VII. D' Newslay
    VIII. Erica
    IX. She's Dating the Gangster Ft. Rodrei & Barcelona Ft. Andriel
    X. Career Expo
    XI. Awarding
    XII. Picture Taking

    To feel the presence and guidance of the
    Holy Father and ensure the successful flow of the
    day, STEM 12 Newton began the activity with an
    introductory prayer led by Ms. Aira Mae Wagan.
    And as led by our Master of Ceremony, Ms. Mariel
    Jane Llorito, we formally started the program.

    To begin the activity, the Newtonians firstly performed as a whole by singing to


    the song Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now by Starship.

    Followed by the best singers of STEM 12 Newton, Ms. Rozel Roncejero and
    Mr. Mhel Christ Sabelita, representing D'Duo of STEM 12 Newton, singing to the song
    Fight Song by Rachel Platten.

    The following set of performers, representing Ms. Gen Erin Hosmillo, Ms.
    Graziel Arnee Cruz, and Mr. Florencio Rosales, D' Dancers of STEM Newton, showed
    off their potential as good dancers by performing the dance choreographies of Antifragile
    by Le Sserafim and Not Shy by Itzy.

    Also, the males of STEM 12 Newton showed their dancing skills by dancing to
    various tiktok challenges, representing D' Newbros, a group of 13 aspiring STEM 12
    Newton pupils.

    Followed by the Chacha dance, performed by six pairs of students from STEM
    Newton representing the Chachers.

    STEM Newton female students showed


    their singing skills by performing as a group to
    ABBA's Dancing Queen. The group is made up
    of twelve female dreamers, including Ms. Rozel
    Roncejero, a beatboxer, and Ms. Janna Baluyot,
    a guitarist, who represent D' Newslay of STEM
    Newton.

    Erica showcased her talent as a poet by


    individually performing her poem entitled
    "Pangarap ay Abutin."

    The STEM Newton class also consists of talented students who are great at
    becoming artists. The following two sets of performances showcased their acting skills
    by acting to the famous Filipino movie: Ms. Rozel Roncejero and Mr. Andrei Reyes
    performed She's Dating the Gangster, and Ms. Mariel Llorito and Mr. Andrew Villarba
    performed Barcelona.

    The last part of the culminating activity of the Grade 12 STEM Newton will be the career

    expo, in which the students will dress


    as their dream career or profession.
    The STEM Newton consists of
    twelve future engineers and one
    architect, four aspiring future doctors
    and one registered nurse, two tech
    experts, four future seafarers, one
    future flight attendant, and lastly, one
    future aspiring lawyer. For each of
    the following future professions, one

    student is tasked with giving his or her career plans and why he or she chose the future
    profession.
    For the last performance as a whole class, the Newtonians sang a song entitled
    Believe by Shawn Mendes.

    The next part of the program would be the awards. Ma'am Berana expressed her
    appreciation towards the class of STEM 12 Newton. Despite the lack of preparation and
    time to practice, the activity was still presented successfully because of the collaborative
    effort of the Newtonians. Ma'am Berana gives the award to the most talented Newtonians
    who really showed their potential at Newton's Festival of Talents. Ms. Personality
    Development was awarded to Ms. Rozel Roncejero, and Mr. Personality Development
    was awarded to Mr. Andrew Villarba. And lastly, Ma'am Berana gave her special award,
    "Promoting Positive Behavior and Attitude Award," to Ms. Blessie Grace Laluna.

    The last part of the program will be the picture-taking. Through photographs, we
    can always come back to the happenings that we did on our culminating activity that
    happened on last February 03, 2023.

    The activity showcases the talent and potential of every student in STEM 12
    Newton. Through this activity, the students' efforts are recognized and appreciated. The
    dream or future career that every student dreams of is a long journey to experience, and
    there is no easy way to get there. Truly, the quotes by Robert Tew say, "The struggle

    you're in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow." Every hard work will
