    May it please your honour:

    1. This is the First Bail Application filed by the Petitioner /


    Accused in the Above Case and no petition is filled or
    pending in any other courts including before the Hon’ble
    High Court of TS
    2 This in the above case the police foisted a false case against
    the Petitioner /Accused. That the Petitioner /Accused is an
    innocent and he has not committed day alleged offence
    leveled against him by the police . allegations made against
    the Petitioner / Accused are false. Baseless, hence denied.
    That the offence charged against the Petitioner /Accused
    which is bailable in offence charged against in nature and
    this Hon’ble Court has got ample and unfettered powers to
    enlarge the Petitioner accused on bail.

    3 That on being produced by the police the Petitioner /


    Accused as been remanded into the judicial custody on date.

    4 That in the above case the entire investigation has been


    completed except filing of charge sheet by police.
    5 That the Petitioner / Accused being poor person and earning
    member of his family if he detailed in jail, his whole family
    members will live of with starvation.
    6 That the Petitioner / Accused is having permanent abode in
    his village and there is on chance for absconding and
    tempering the evidence does not arise at all.
    7 That the Petitioner / Accused is ready to furnish sufficient
    sureties for satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court for his
    enlargement on bail.
    8 The Defacto Complainant was compromise in the village and
    Caste elders .

    Hence, it is prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be


    pleased to enlarge the Petitioner / Accused on bail, in the
    interest of justice.
