Odiongan, Romblon. She is the six child of Mr. Elorde V. Forteza and Mrs.
Romblon for almost 21 years. Her mother was a housewife, and his father
was a farmer.

ABSTRACT
who are between the ages of 15 and 30 and who are not currently enrolled in
school, are not in gainful employment, and have not completed a post-
secondary degree. The purpose of the bill is to reinforce the states’ obligation to
establish policies and programs for the advancement of OSYs in the nation and
accessible to them.

Based on the result of the study, the following findings were drawn:
shows that most of the respondents were 22–25 years old, female, high school
graduates, and unemployed. In terms of age, people aged 22-25 had the highest
during sexual intercourse and the lowest rank was the respondents have no
knowledge in contraceptives.
A total of 123 were the respondents of the study. Most of the respondents
were female out-of-school youth with the age bracket of 22-25 years old and
recommended:
support on family planning and sex education for the out-of-school youth; the

school youth; conduct training and seminars for Barangay Officials regarding
DSWD and other agencies must prioritize the out-of-school youth in providing
source of income and job opportunities; DOH should craft and implement policies
