    Things you need

    Crochet Hook Scissors Eyes


    1 x 4,5 mm crochet hook To cut loose threads A face it’s not complete
    1 x 2,25 mm crochet hook without eyes!
    1 x needle to sew pieces

    White cotton yarn (to embroider nose, whiskers bigger than the eyes

    Here is the pattern that will teach
    you how to do your own Totoro
    amigurumi. This is a graphic
    pattern, so you only need to
    follow the steps using the
    symbols given in the first page.
    Fill the body compacting the stuffing and felt. Add the eyes before finishing the body on
    shaping it like an egg. You can fill the arms the line made of frontloops stitches They are
    and legs without compacting the stuffing too more or less 12 stitches separated from one
    much. Ears don’t need stuffing, shape them another.

    sewing them to the body. Embroider some lines on the belly piece as
    shown in the picture.
    I normally use safety eyes meant for
    children’s safety but you can use any eyes Once you have finished a piece leave a long
    you normally use. Make a circle in white felt thread of yarn. Use that thread to sew pieces
    bigger than the eye and pierce the felt so that instead of using another that wouldn’t match
    you can introduce the eye on it, you can use the color, that way it would look better!
