    Part B

    My innovative idea is to make an app that allocate the sources to the underprivileged. In
    Hong Kong, there are many underprivileged that we could not discover easily. Although
    Hong Kong is known as an international city with prosperous, still over a million citizens live
    in poverty. It is because of the resource allocation is not sufficient for the required people.
    Such as the human resources are not enough to support the underprivileged. Government
    does not promote the situation of underprivileged a lot and they mainly focus on the
    economy aspect of Hong Kong. Therefore, underprivileged are underestimated and low
    resources are allocated from government or other organisations. By using the app, we would
    collect the data of district on how many underprivileged and separate to three extend. The
    data would like to cooperate or share with government so there will have a more accurate
    and realistic data. The data integrate and tell the current information of underprivileged to
    the citizens. Users could use the app to know the needs of some underprivileged nearby.
    When the citizens are having extra resources or materials. They can contribute to the
    society. They can either choose to contribute to some organisation or directly gift to the
    underprivileged. The works would be confirmed by the underprivileged or workers. Such as
    by internet or telephone. For education, I would like to let the university students to join the
    app which is the indirect academic support. Some underprivileged may not be able to have
    money to join some tutorial class outside. They may ask questions of their academic though
    this app. University student get points also by replying to the messages. These contributions
    would be count as the point on app. The points could transfer to some coupon as there are
    some social enterprises may want to contribute the society by supporting this app. Other
    than that, the app would show many job opportunities especially for underprivileged. It may
    turn their financial condition to be better. Dealing with the revenue to maintain the
    operation, the app would mainly rely on the sponsors and donations. If government can
    support with more financial aspect, it would provide more services on app.
