ABOUT US

Group 10N Engineering has been in the construction industry for more
than 16 years and has built more than 25 projects for clients in the
political, economic and religious stands which, by the Grace of God,
have unregrettably enjoyed working with our company. We also had
the honor of working with a multi-national construction firm (Julius
Berger Constructions) as a sub-contractor to do the famous Kaduna-
Kano Drainage system.

The company has a workforce of over 2,500 staff with capable and
thinking minds in its employment. We also manage and are in
possession of requisite plants, machineries and equipment which will
be used to foster the job in the due time signed under contract.

PROJECT SCOPE

Project Summary
The Project shall entail Construction of Quaywall, Slipway and
Administrative Office Building at Apapa Fishery Harbor which is
calculated to be completed within ten (1) calendar months from the
date of the Notice of Commencement.

Procedural Expectations

(1) The Project Site is located in Apapa Fishery Harbor of Lagos


State.
(2) To the extent practicable (taking into account of cost and time),
it be deemed to have obtained all necessary information as to
risks, contingencies and other circumstances that may influence
or affect the Tender or to have inspected and examined the
Project Site, its surroundings, the above data and other available
information, and to have been satisfied before submitting the
Tender as to all relevant matters.

Project Owner Expectations

Worksite expectations for the client is undoubtably a riverine and


water logged environment due to the activity done therein. The
fishery harbor located in Apapa is prone to many visitors from all
across Lagos state being a marketable area where people transact
all sort of businesses. Bathroom facilities, tower lights, water etc shall
be provided. Safety precautions will be taken to safeguard life and
properties on site and for any sort of beings of livestocks that may be
living within the confines of the worksite.

the first date of assuming site.

any existing conditions discovered after commencement of the
project, nor for any delays that occur as a result. In the event of such
a discovery of previously unfound existing conditions, Group 10N
Engineering Ltd. will work with Group 9ine Engineering Ltd. to
determine the scope of extra work, costs involved with remedying the
existing conditions, and a date for payment through a written Change
Order.

TAXES, PERMITS, BONDS, AND FEES: Bid estimate includes all applicable
state taxes, permits, bonds, and fees, as required by all legal
authorities at the location of the project.

UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: Group 9ine Engineering Ltd. agrees to pay


all costs arising from unforeseen issues such as unsafe or illegal
conditions, poor weather conditions, rot or mold, inspector
requirements, overlooked conditions, and identifying and removing
hazardous materials (such as lead paint or asbestos) after the project
has begun. If such circumstances arise, Group 10N will work with
Group 9ine to determine the scope of extra work, costs involved with
remedying the unforeseeable conditions, and a date for payment
through a written Change Order.

different teams, processes, and moving parts. As such, it’s important
to know who the point of authority is for any given process on the
worksite. Below is a list of the necessary processes involved in the
completion of Construction works on site as well as the person in
charge of each team.

Permits & Easements


Group 9ine Engineering Ltd. will be responsible for obtaining all
required construction-related permits prior to the project start date
and assumes legal responsibility for any permit- or approval-related
delays.

BID PROPOSAL
The undersigned, having carefully examined and thoroughly perused
specifications for the above named project, and become fully
familiar with all conditions affecting the work required by those
specifications, hereby proposes to provide all materials, labor,
services, etc. required thereby for the base bid sum of
