    This is to certify:

    • that all the provisions regarding the performance evaluation and check-up, provided by the standard/standards
    bellow, specified in Appendix ZA, have been met:

    EN 13282-1:2013 - SISTEM 2+
    • the AEROQ assessment of plant production control, carried out by the manufacturer, in compliance with all
    applicable requirements.

    The certificate was originally issued on 10/29/2014 and it shall remain valid unless the following are significantly
    changed: the harmonized standard, the product used for construction, the performance assessment and check-up
    methods and the manufacturing conditions, except in such cases when it is suspended or withdrawn by the notified body
    responsible for the certification of the plant production control – AEROQ.
    Certificate validity is conditioned by the performance of the annual surveillance and the continuous evaluation of
    the plant production control, confirmed by the resulting reports.
