What is the Passive Form?
The passive form is a special structure we use to change the focus of
an action.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
En las oraciones con Passive Voice el verbo se conjuga con el verbo to
be en el tiempo (present, past, future) y el principal verb en participle.
Regular verbs Irregular verbs

Examples:
Juan abre la puerta. John opens the door.
La puerta es abierta por Juan. The door is opened by John.
Exercise: Read the sentences, underline the verbs, then write P for Passive
sentences, or A to Active sentences.

The passive voice is less common. In the passive voice, the subject receives the
action of the verb.
Observe how the object of the active verb becomes the subject of the passive
verb
