    Everyone, good day!

    For today, February 23, 2023, please submit your OWN judicial affidavit as
    arresting officers for the crimes below.

    1. You will be free to make your own facts and allegations pertinent to the crime that you
    choose from the list below.

    2. You must make sure that the elements of the crime are proven in the judicial affidavit.

    3. Your judicial affidavit must comply with all necessary contents required under the Supreme
    Court Administrative Matter No. 12-8-8-SC or the Judicial Affidavit Rule (“JAR”).

    4. You will be graded a total of 50 points, consisting of 25 points for the compliance to the JAR
    and 25 points for ability to prove the elements of the crime.

    5. STRICTLY no copying of facts and circumstances.
